Return Policy Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your redemption. If you're not happy with your product, we're here to help.

Return Window: 30 days from delivery
Condition Required: Unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags
Original Packaging: Must include all original packaging materials

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be in its original condition - unused and unworn
  • Original tags and labels must still be attached
  • Item must be in original packaging (if applicable)
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" during redemption
  • Products that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Items with removed tags or labels
  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service
    Email us at returns@targetawards.com or use our Contact form
    Include your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    We will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    Do not ship items without an RMA number
  3. Package Your Return
    Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging
    Include a copy of your order confirmation
    Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
  4. Ship Your Return
    Ship to the address provided in your RMA email
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service
    Keep your shipping receipt until refund is processed
Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend insuring high-value returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Inspection Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Refund Amount: Full product cost (shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error)
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • Notification: You'll receive email confirmation when refund is processed

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:

  1. Return the original item following the return process above
  2. Once your return is processed and refunded, contact the company who provided your redemption code
  3. They will provide guidance on obtaining a new redemption code if applicable

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately - within 5 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • Include your order number and detailed description
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • Replacement or full refund will be issued (including original shipping cost)

Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped you the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will send a prepaid return label
  • Correct item will be shipped at no additional cost
  • Full refund including shipping if you prefer not to receive correct item

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company - processing can take time
  3. Contact your bank - there may be processing delays
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at returns@targetawards.com

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet our eligibility requirements.
